This project was my first time doing a Game Jam, specifically the PIGSquad Cliffhanger Summer Slow Jam August 2021, with the theme “Cliffhangers: This isn’t even my final form” This was also my first collaboration on a team, a very creative group that I felt very honored to work with. I was one of the coders on the project, and we used Unity to create the game, along with the visual scripting package Fungus to create the gaming logic. I would have been happy to code everything in C#, but the others on the team were fairly new to Unity, so the consensus was to use Fungus, which I was totally new to, yet I was able to learn it in the time constraints of the Game Jam. I would say that one of my strengths is definitely that I’m a quick learner. But I also did a small amount of C# coding as well, to overcome some of Fungus’ limitations.
